Musaned

Musaned is an internal Business Support System I built for Zain to deliver the capabilities the main vendor-supplied BSS didn't offer — extending it through the vendor was prohibitively expensive, so the missing functionality was built in-house instead.

I started the project alone and had built most of the functionality that exists today before a teammate joined and I stepped into a technical leadership role. Built with Laravel 10 and Filament v3, the platform includes:

• LDAP integration that keeps employee accounts synced with the corporate directory

• Strict role-based access control across every module

• Voucher Query — enabling the business team to search upwards of 2 million voucher records distributed to third-party sellers

• A Business Process Management tool that lets upper management track memos and vote on business processes

• Countless integrations with both third parties and Zain's own internal systems

I also own the platform's operations end to end: Linux server setup with automated, zero-downtime deployments — and I'm currently preparing Docker images to move the platform onto OpenShift.
