What you are buying
The products sold here are digital goods delivered as a download. Nothing physical is shipped. Prices are shown in Saudi riyals (SAR) and are the total amount you pay.
Delivery
Once your payment is confirmed you receive an email containing a personal download link. That link stays valid for 30 days from the date of purchase, and each time you open it a fresh, short-lived file link is generated for you.
Your licence
When you buy a product you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or publish the files, in whole or in part, and you may not share your download link with anyone else.
Bank transfer orders
Where payment by bank transfer is offered, your order is held for 7 days. If the transfer has not reached us within that period the order is cancelled and the product is released.
Availability and changes
We may change or withdraw products, and we may update these terms. Changes never affect an order that has already been placed.
Liability
Our products are supplied as they are. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of its competent courts.
