Digital products
Everything sold on this website is a digital download. Because a downloaded file cannot be returned, whether we can refund a purchase depends on whether you have opened your download link.
When you can get a refund
You are entitled to a full refund if you have not yet downloaded the product. Our system records the first time a download link is opened, so we can confirm this directly against your order.
When we cannot refund
Once you have opened your download link and the files have been made available to you, the purchase is final and we are unable to offer a refund — including where you have not kept the files.
Faulty or misdescribed products
This does not affect your rights if something is wrong with the product. If a file is corrupted, incomplete, or does not match its description, tell us and we will correct it or refund you in full, even if you have already downloaded it.
Failed or duplicate payments
If you were charged more than once, or charged for an order that was never delivered, contact us and we will refund the payment in full regardless of download status.
How to request a refund

We will confirm whether your order qualifies and, if it does, return the payment to the original payment method. Refunds are normally processed within 14 days, and your bank may need a few further days to show the amount.
Partial refunds
If we issue a partial refund — for example as a goodwill adjustment — your access to the product is unaffected and your download link continues to work.
