& Evolution
Senior Software Specialist
Senior Software Specialist responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade software solutions within a telecommunications environment. Leads technical initiatives across billing, CRM, and digital service platforms, ensuring system reliability, scalability, and seamless integration with core telecom infrastructure. Collaborates with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions, while mentoring junior engineers and driving best practices in software development and delivery.
Backend Developer
Backend developer supporting the organisation's digital channels. Built and maintained the backend services powering NHC's mobile applications on Drupal, exposing and maintaining the APIs those apps consumed. Also managed the company's media sites — content architecture, updates, and ongoing platform maintenance across public-facing properties serving a national audience.
Full-Stack Developer
Full-stack developer building internal business applications on Laravel. Designed and delivered a set of portals for the legal department, covering the workflows and record-keeping the team relied on day to day, and built an in-house digital signage platform for managing and scheduling content across corporate displays. Worked directly with non-technical stakeholders to translate departmental requirements into working systems, owning each project end to end — data modelling, backend architecture, and front-end delivery.
Freelance Web Developer
Independent developer working with clients directly rather than through an agency. Delivered custom web applications and business systems in PHP and Laravel, owning the entire lifecycle — scoping requirements with the client, designing the data model, building and deploying the application, then supporting it in production. Over four years of end-to-end ownership across varied domains, and the foundation the later enterprise work was built on.
